Emma Watson set to launch teenage clothing line

Harry Potter star Emma Watson is all set to launch herself into the fashion industry. The actress is close to clinching a deal with ‘Fairtrade Company People Tree’ to create a teenage clothing line.

The 19-year-old is keeping the line strictly ethical and is expecting to launch it later this year. Watson is expected to do a photo shoot this month and wants the range to have a casual rock feel. She has called on popular model Tafari Hinds for valuable suggestions.

Acting is always going to take priority, but she’s keen to branch out. There’s also a lot of interest from other influential brands since her success as the face of Burberry.

Emma Watson laughs off wardrobe malfunction

Emma Watson had recently suffered a wardrobe malfunction but she was glad that she had her knickers on when the incident took place. The actress suffered wardrobe malfunction during the premiere of new Harry Potter film in London.

The actress accidentally flashed her lower undergarment when gust of wind lifted her dress on the rainy day. She said: “This was a small wardrobe malfunction – that happens. At least I’m wearing underwear!”

However, the actress was quick to dismiss the occurrence as not something harmful to her image. The 19-year-old admitted that she is still in the process of learning things in Hollywood.

Emma Watson has finally made her love relation public. She unveiled about her boyfriend recently. Emma has been dating Jay Barrymore who is eight years her senior. They are in the relation for more than a year.

She showed up with Jay recently on the sets of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the final instalment of the wizard franchise, in Scotland.

Emma reportedly was not shy in displaying her affection for her beau, as she was openly showing her love for him and the couple were having a good time at the sets.

Emma Watson - Greenpeace Global Ambassador

Emma Watson who is well known for her magical act in Harry Porter has been approached by environmental campaign group Greenpeace to become their global ambassador.

The decision to make her the global ambassador at Greenpeace comes after she expressed her love for an eco friendly and clean environment.

"I did my end of school project on global warming and Hurricane Katrina. My car is electric, I recycle, I take public transportation, I try not to buy and drink bottled water. I`m not perfect, but it`s something I feel strongly about,” said Emma.

A spokesman for Greenpeace revealed that Watson would be just perfect as an ambassador for the organization. "Emma would be perfect for us. She`s posh, pretty, brainy and committed. She`s also not too star struck to care if it`s seen as vaguely controversial. She would really help,” the spokesman stated
