Jennifer Aniston loves working out

Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston simply really crazy about staying fit which is proved by the fact that she often works out in the middle of the night. The "Friends" star works out at 3 a.m. everyday despite her hectic shooting schedule for "The Bounty".

Jennifer has had a totally overhaul for this film. The actress is expected to be look a 35-year-old lady and she is concerned she won’t look the part now that she is 40. So she has had to get up at 3 a.m. to get two hours in the gym before filming at 5 a.m.

Aniston has even flown her personal yoga instructor Mandy Ingber from Los Angeles to New York to be regular with her practice sessions. It hasn’t been easy, but she has combined yoga sessions with workout sessions.

Her new body is the talk of the set and she is reveling in the attention. Her curves have definitely been noticed. One will surely agree that Jennifer is looking sensational at the moment.

Jennifer Aniston to play guitar in ‘The Goree Girls’

Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston will be seen singing and playing an instrument in her latest film ‘The Goree Girls’.

The Goree Girls is based on a true-life story about a group of women imprisoned in Texas who start a country and western band. These women learned to harmonize and they learned to play instruments.

Michael Sucsy, the movies director says that Jennifer can sing and he expects her to also learn how to play the Dobro-guitar. Sucsy says that he is planning to cast real-life musicians alongside Aniston, 40, for the band.

Jennifer Aniston Wins Parenting Award

Jennifer Aniston may not be having kids, but she is still winning hearts of younger crowds. The actress was awarded with “Outstanding” iParenting Media award for the book she narrated with her dad John, called “Loukoumi's Good Deeds”.

The book is based on a true story that revolves round Daisy- A cleaning lady who worked in the same office as author Nick Katsoris and is voiced by Aniston. Daisy gives Nick some gold cuff links because he bids her "Good Morning" every day.

The book and an accompanying CD will be released on October 24 with proceeds benefitting Aniston’s favorite non profit organisation- “St. Jude Children's Research Hospital”.

American actress Eva LaRue has revealed that she finds Jennifer Aniston’s body far better than Angelina Jolie’s. After having a look at the recent photographs of Aniston in a swimsuit, she was of the opinion that Aniston has a better Bikini body.

“Angelina hasn’t really been out in a swimsuit, but back in the day she was hot, hot, hot. But I’m going to go with Jen (Aniston) because I’ve seen more pictures of her in a swimsuit recently and she looks just great,” said American actress Eva LaRue.

Former "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston will soon be directing a movie. Aniston is due to direct as well as star in "Goree Girls". The movie is about all girl and western band that becomes a hit while in jail.

The movie is a thriller and is expected to do well. The versatile Scottish actor Gerard Butler who had acted in Marley and Me is also a part of the movie. He will share screen with Jennifer Aniston.
