Singer Kylie Minogue has been named Australia’s most powerful personal brand in a recent survey conducted by Talent Inc. Kylie is chosen over eminent sports personalities, media moguls and even the Prime Minister.
The survey saw around 400 people in the marketing/entertainment industry rate popular Australians according to how well developed their brand and brand awareness is.
Kylie proved to be number one as she appeals to a broad stream of people. Though she’s had ups and downs in terms of her albums, and her love life and her health, she`s always managed those things with grace and integrity. Over a period of time it’s given her brand a real strength and value.
Elle Macpherson, who has her own lingerie label and skincare products, was voted second. Cricketer Shane Warne came third, while Steve Irwin, Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman were ranked in the top 10.

Kylie Minogue fights Andres Velencoso
Minogue had signed her Spanish lover Velencoso as the face of the aftershave, Kylie Inverse, but things have started taking a wrong turn as the couple have been squabbling over the joint venture.
Kylie seems to be very demanding, she is now Andres’s boss and it hasn’t gone down well woell for their relation. Minogue has been with Velencoso since January but her perfectionist nature is making things difficult for the model.
They’ve had a string of arguments over Kylie being such a perfectionist. Andres it seems can’t wait until the campaign is out in September, when he’ll be free of working for her.

Kylie Minogue goes sultry for Tous Ad
Kylie Minogue turned into an ultimate seductress for Spanish jewellery firm Tous new ad campaign. The singer looked hot in frilly dress as she laid back on a bed raising a leg teasingly in sexy shots.
The pop princess has currently gone to Cannes Film Festival for a special performance for the Miracle Africa International Foundation Charity.
She also wants to get into serious acting career. She seems to be desperate and is even begging directors to give her a chance just like the one rocker Nick Cave gave her when they both teamed for an anti-pop ballad ‘Where the Wild Roses Grow’.

Farah Khan choreographed Kylie Minogue for free
True friendships are rare in bollywood. So when one hears of Farah Khan setting aside her resolve to relinquish the pleasures of choreography for motherhood, domesticity and direction for friendship's sake, one's heart really fills with joy.
Debutante director Anthony D'Souza takes one by surprise when he discloses that Farah Khan not only choreographed the item number sung by Kylie Minogue for Blue but also refused to charge any money for the job as they are very good friends and have known each other for 18 years.
"We've the cheque ready. But she won't accept it. Farah won't take any money for the Kylie Minogue song, although it's a very lengthy and taxing number. She says she can't charge me because I'm a very old and dear friend, "said Anthony D'Souza.
The number acquires a special distinction because it would be the first Hindi song composed by A R Rahman after the Oscars, and that too featuring an international artiste. The number was very intricately filmed. It starts off with Kylie then all the other members of the cast are brought in.

Kylie Minogue snubbed Shah Rukh Khan by refusing to meet him. Shah Rukh’s office got in touch with Kylie, expressing the superstar’s desire to meet her. It is believed that Kylie flatly refused to meet Shah Rukh on the film sets instead she conveyed to him that the meeting could only happen at the completion party of the film.
It seems that nothing is more important to Kylie Minogue more than her shooting
