Heidi Montag turns a fitness guru

After trying her luck in singing and fashion designing reality TV star Heidi Montag has turned into a fitness guru.

The ‘The Hills’ star’s new business is a downloadable workout series, developed with trainer Chad Waterbury. The workout features full-body conditioning, with both light and heavy weights done as quickly as possible, so that fat burns faster. It also contains nutritional advice like avoiding all "white" foods and filling up on lean meats, green vegetables, and fruits.

"Staying fit is something I`m really passionate about. I work out with a strength and conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week," said Montag

Heidi Montag dons bikini for new video

Heidi Montag donned a bikini while shooting a video for her new single ‘Blackout’. Montag had allegedly shot her music video with his own lens in Mexico. The singer was trying to give her pop career a boost after it bombed with previous efforts.

Montag who wed long-time boyfriend and reality TV co-star Spencer Pratt last month, is also set to bare it all for Playboy. Montag claimed that the bold act to be a wedding gift for hubby Pratt.

American actress Heidi Montag is in talks to strip for Playboy magazine.

After getting a go ahead signal from her new hubby, Spencer Pratt, the sensuous babe is all set to show it all for the Playboy. Montag is currently in talks with the Playboy editors. The deal is expected to be sealed for a whopping 500,000 dollars.
