Jessica Biel works out five hours a day

Jessica Biel, who is dating singer Justin Timberlake, is known for her curvaceous figure. But she really sweats it out to have it well maintained because she feels under pressure to look good for movie roles.

"I’ve worked out five hours, sometimes more, in a single day, if I’m in training for a film role or something. And it’s hard, it’s very hard!" said Behl.

And it is not only her work out that keeps her fit, but the 27-year-old also has to make sacrifices with food too and often only eats controlled meal portions.

Jessica Biel has revealed the secret behind her slender frame. The actress has followed a healthy diet and regular workout sessions and also sends half of her meal back while in a restaurant.

The stunner makes sure she doesn’t overdo her portion size when she eats out. "You have to find a balance, especially with what you eat. I don’t live by the idea that you can’t allow yourself a treat. Eat things you like, but eat them in smaller portions. I always cut things in half and send them back,” said Behl.

“I’m not perfect, I don’t always do those things, but that’s the goal." She adds
