Prince William fell for Kate Middleton, thanks to her see-through black dress. The once, 30 pounds dress was worn by the Middleton at a university fashion show eight years ago.

Designer Charlotte Todd disclosed that the price of the dress has rocketed to 10,000 pounds since the couple announced their engagement. It is expected that the cost of the dess could increase ten-fold when Kate becomes Queen.

“The dress is a part of fashion history – the moment William could first have fallen in love with Kate – and that makes me really proud. If it hadn’t been see-through, William might not have noticed her. I definitely think it has a played a part in the royal love story” said Todd.

“She looked fabulous and I think she could become a style icon like Princess Diana. The only person I’d probably give it to is her – maybe in exchange for a wedding invitation. Of course I would love to design her wedding dress too,” Todd added.

Though Middleton was seeing someone back then, that did not stop William from admiring her any less. The second in line to the throne was pictured craning his neck to see the stunning brunette.

It's a preasant surprise and quite an anivarsary gift for Shilpa Shetty by her hubby Raj Kundra. Shilpa Shetty spent her first wedding anniversary in Dubai with husband Raj Kundra at her new home on the ninetieth floor of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.

Shilpa was thrilled when Raj gifted her the luxury apartment. It was over heard that Shilpa had visited Dubai a few months ago, she'd fallen like nine pins for the 'Burj Khalifa' and had expressed a desire to stay there.

Apparently, Kundra gifted her the keys in Mumbai, a while ago. The couple has taken a three day break to celebrate their first wedding anniversary there. If that was not all, Raj also has something else planned for Shilpa-A lavish dinner with a few surprises thrown in.

Apparantly,Shilpa is all set to design the interiors of her apartment, while she's there after which, she would be headed to Bangkok to shoot a shampoo ad, towards November end.

Singer Jennifer Lopez is about to launch a fashion range with her husband Marc Anthony. The couple has signed a deal with department store Kohl's and will work on a lifestyle fashion venture.

The collectionis expected to include men's wear, women's wear and home-wear.The 41-year-old star said she only involves herself with projects if she can do something "superclose" to her.

She said: "For me, whenever I get involved with something, I get really involved. Every business that I do get involved with is something that is superclose to my heart."
