A great philosopher once said that 'Nostalgia for what we have lost is more bearable than nostalgia for what we have never had...'
Well, the statement couldn't have been truer in the case. Chitrangda Singh, the girl who made the whole of Bollywood sit up and take notice of her talent in her debut film itself Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, so much so that the entire Bolly-folks unanimously declared that she is the next Smita Patil in the making. But due to unsaid family 'pressures', she bid adieu to the glam world even as the whole of Bollywood was just a phone call/ SMS away. The word has it that the mere presence of this ocean of immense talent is so articulate that she is yet to find a detractor! 'And' the word is also that, the leading lifestyle magazine Andpersand has managed to get this glowing lighthouse on the cover of their latest edition.
Now if only the 'Great Philosopher' was still alive, then, we are sure that he would have surely rephrased his saying as 'Nostalgia isn't what it used to be'.
